Came with a bunch of tools to make my first stamp. There was a piece of ceramic(?) and I don’t know if that’s a backing or not. Definitely need a backing to make sure you’re stamping with even pressure. Otherwise you get little black dots in places you already carved out.
I love the stamp carving kit , the instructions, the great quality of the materials and the adorable packaging !

Monika’s work is amazing so I got myself the ticket to see if I could do something small too. She’s a pro, so I’m just playing around, and this kit has everything you need to try out stamp carving. It was so fun and I’m so happy Monika came up with this great idea. Will get more in the future.
I had fun making my first stamp with this kit. It's not perfect, but not too shabby for a first try! The tools seem well made, the instruction booklet is helpful, and I like that there's enough rubber to make several stamps.
