1) Please upload your approved final illustration that was emailed to you. If you have difficulty finding it, I may be able to find it for you, providing your order number will help.
2) Select your ribbon colour, and additional ornament copies (if you require more than 4 copies of your ornament for friends and family, email me at hello@saltandpaper.ca for a custom quote)
3) Leave a note with the custom message you want on the back
*** PRODUCTION TIME ***
You can expect your ornament in 3-4 weeks, which includes production and shipping. I will contact you within a week of ordering with your draft for you to review. You are welcome to approve or request edits (just note that the more back and forth editing we do the longer production time may take)
*** SHIPPING ***
Shipping is included! Shipping times may vary but are approximately 7-10 business days within North America and 10-15 business days internationally. At check-out you can choose to upgrade to express shipping (shipping times are not guaranteed, especially over the holidays). If you order multiple ornaments they will all be shipped together to the same shipping address.
